Your SoundOff experience will first begin by creating a User account for yourself. From there, with the selection of as many filters as you like, or none!, you will be presented with a randomly chosen song from a collection of new and upcoming artists. Listening to the music as long as you like, you will either swipe left or right depending on whether you like it or not.
